1. The electric vehicle motor used for higher production cannot directly discharge the atmosphere. If the air is directly discharged, the pressure difference between the suction port and the exhaust port will be too large, so that the motor with high slip rate is overloaded.
2. When the electric vehicle motor is used, it is necessary to have a foreline pump. When the foreline pump is used to draw the pressure inside the system to a certain range, the overload phenomenon can be avoided.
3. Since the rotor of the electric vehicle motor is continuously turned over, the sucked gas is sucked from the air inlet into the space between the rotor and the pump casing, and then discharged through the exhaust port. Therefore, when the top of the rotor turns over the edge of the exhaust port and the space communicates with the exhaust side, since the gas pressure on the exhaust side is high, a part of the gas is returned to the space, so that the gas pressure is suddenly increased. When the rotor continues to shift, the gas is exhausted.
Therefore, when the electric motor motor has a pumping fault, it indicates that there is a serious fault in the internal parts of the motor.
