1. The radiator of the electric forklift motor needs to be cleaned regularly. In dusty or harsh environments, it is easily blocked by garbage, insects, etc., and foreign matter can be removed with steam or low-pressure water. When cleaning, the water should be flushed from the front end of the radiator toward the fan. If it is the opposite, dirt will accumulate on the inside of the radiator.

 

2. The radiator needs to be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. Corrosion may be the main cause of failure in the radiator of an electric forklift motor. Always keep the pipe joints from leaking and regularly add water from the top of the radiator to keep the air "airless" in the system. It should be noted that the coolant should be cooled before handling the radiator or disassembling the pipe. After the radiator is replaced, it should be refilled with clean water and added with rust inhibitor.
